It’s no secret that Maya Law boasts vocal talents and a songwriting ability that exceed her years. Raised in the spacious quiet of Norfolk, Maya has created an expansive sound world – one that warmly invites you in as she navigates life as a queer woman, encounters heartbreak and offers refreshingly honest snapshots into her own mental wellbeing.  Debut EP Hitchhiking saw Maya work alongside multi-faceted producer Freya Roy and producer Lavar Bullard (Akala, Natty, Pixx). Continuing on with her autobiographical offerings, Maya spent several years carving out her own brand of neo-soul with TLD Records (Sophie Faith, Jords, BINA) which saw her land spots on editorial playlists and receive BBC Radio 1 plays and critical acclaim.  Maya has performed all over the UK and her live accomplishments include sharing a stage with Pip Millett, being named BBC Radio 1xtra’s Latitude Artist of the Year and headlining a sold-out show at The Social in London. Her unwavering candour as a storyteller only confirms her as an artist to watch.
