The story behind the sound
Jay Carter is an international touring musician, singer-songwriter and studio artist. He has toured the Caribbean, North America, Europe and the UK. Jay is the songwriter and frontman for UK-based band Newrising, who supported Ed Sheeran at the artist’s personal request. As a record producer, Jay has worked at Abbey Road Studios and collaborated on projects with mix engineer David Thoener (ACDC’s Back in Black).
